Included in this Aruba photos gallery are pictures and videos taken by a professional photographer from yearly visits to this island for over 12 years of vacations. I have traveled and explored pretty much every paved road, dirt road and rocky trail on the island, either by car, SUV, 4x4, horseback or walking. During these visits I have also driven or walked every beach area around the perimeter coast of Aruba several times. Each year I update the photo galleries in my collection and try to re visit all the major landmarks and post some of the new pictures here. This year I have included videos from around the island along with other photography. There are many unique secluded beaches and places around the coastline and through the interior of this country.

There have been many changes in the landscapes throughout downtown and the hotel-resort areas along the beaches. The north coastline has had some dramatic changes also, some natural and some built by man. I have traveled to many countries around the world and have spent time on other beaches and islands. I can assure you that Aruba does have some of the finest beaches and most beautiful romantic sunsets of anywhere on earth. Yes there are many Caribbean islands, but Aruba stands apart from the others like a jewel. Due to its little yearly rainfall there aren't too many tropical flowers or plants and the landscape lacks vibrant colors from vegetation as other islands in the Caribbean. It is however unique in the drastic differences of the southern and northern terrain as the south is white sand and calm ocean waters while the north is rocky cliffs with very strong current and waves.

As a photographer, I have tried to capture all of Aruba's natural beauty and paradise like setting in the photos I shoot. Once you have vacationed here you will probably agree that although the island is small there is plenty to see and always time for relaxation. You will understand why so many vacationers make return trips to Aruba for future vacations. The people are friendly and it is one happy island.
